Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Nancy the founder of GroomTrack

Before building this app, I spent over 15 years as a dog groomer. I know what it’s like to juggle appointments, keep track of notes, deal with last-minute cancellations, and still try to stay organized while working hands-on all day.

Grooming isn’t just a job it’s physical, fast-paced, and can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to manage everything at once.

GroomTrack was created because I lived that life.

After stepping away from grooming, I knew I still wanted to stay connected to the industry and help groomers in a real, practical way. Life changed in ways I never expected after losing my son, Brandon and that loss pushed me to create something meaningful, something that could still help others in a real way.

I didn’t want to build something complicated or overpriced I wanted something simple, affordable, and actually useful.
