These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GroomTrack ("we," "us," or "our"), a software-as-a-service platform for professional pet groomers, available at groomtrack.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accepting our terms

By registering for or using GroomTrack, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Our services explained

GroomTrack provides a cloud-based pet grooming management platform that includes appointment scheduling, client and pet profiles, check-in flows, online booking, payment tracking, digital waivers, intake forms, reports, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Your account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
